With TotalTrack, a phone call to our 24/7 emergency center gives our highly trained operators the ability to locate the cell phone from which the call was made, even if the phone does not have any GPS capabilities. Our ground-breaking technology can either pull your location from your phone’s GPS (which almost all cell phones have) or use triangulation technology. Either way, our operators will be able to locate you.
This feature does not require any app to be used or downloaded. We developed Mobile Safety Concierge without the need for an app because:
- We understand that finding an app on your phone, let alone opening an app in a stressful situation is unrealistic.
- If the app has not been updated, or if the phone has been re-set, it may not work when you need it the most.
With Mobile Safety Concierge, there is no need to download anything. It works with your current cell phone, on any cellular network. The service is tied to the phone number—the service is still available even if you change or upgrade phones!
With the Mobile Safety Concierge, contact us when:
- You think you are in a dangerous situation but you are not sure and therefore do not want help dispatched if unnecessary. We will stay on the line with you, locate you and if needed, send help to where you are.
- If you are a college student and make the call from campus, we also notify campus security – and have the option to send a mass text notification to all registered cell phones on campus.
- Your car broke down and you do not know where you are. We can provide you with your location and connect you to roadside assistance.
