Description of Service
When using the service, we will request your permission to obtain your location using your mobile phone in order to provide services relevant to your location. Opt-in is via a double opt-in process which includes (1) registering your phone number and providing your initial consent, along with the method that you would like our system to confirm your consent, on our website www.myTotalTrack.com (2) confirming your consent by replying “YES” to either a phone call or an SMS that was sent by our system.
This service uses location data. By using this service, you consent and permit your wireless carrier to share your location with others. There is no representation, warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any location data, product or service.
Opting Out
You can opt out of this service by (1) replying the word STOP to the SMS confirming your opt-in consent (2) opting-out on our website www.myTotalTrack.com. Confirmation of opt-out will be provided either via a phone call or an SMS text.
Protecting your Privacy
All data is stored in a secure database. Data will not be provided to any third party applications without your prior consent. This service obtains your location using your mobile phone when, and only when, you have made a call to our center and have consented on locating your mobile phone. Any location data tied to the event when the call was made will be stored for a period of 1 year after the event, following which data is aggregated and anonymized for a period of 1 year and then deleted. TotalTrack does not locate mobile phones in an on-going fashion. Upon opt-out, all registration and location information will be removed from our database.
Collecting and Sharing of your Information
We collect information through our forms. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, address, email, dealer code, and emergency contact information. We may also collect your location information when you consent to be located. All information we collect is stored in a secure database on our own servers, as well as the servers for any analysis and emergency tools we may be using. Some information may be sent to our partners to be used solely for the purpose of delivering services to you at your location.
Important Message from Sprint
This is not a Sprint application. If you use this application, it may require Sprint to disclose your customer information, including location information, to the application provider or some other third party. By providing your consent, you authorize Sprint to disclose your information to third parties to enable this application. Check the application’s terms of use and the policies for more information about how the application will collect, access, and use or disclose your information. Terms of use and other policies usually are available on the application provider’s website. If you aren’t comfortable with the application’s polices, don’t use it. You acknowledge and agree that (1) your relationship with the application provider is separate from your relationship with Sprint; (2) Sprint is not responsible for this application; and (3) you will hold harmless Sprint and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any judgments, claims, actions, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from or attributable to this application or the acts or omissions of the application provider.
